Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in United States.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will be processed and shipped.
If the order has already shipped, you may still return it for a full refund after receiving it.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders ship the next day after they are processed.
Note: Orders placed during holidays or major sales may take slightly longer to process.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and global shipping delays, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Prices listed are tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, or other customs fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are not covered by The Loyal Luxe and vary by region.

How do I return an item?

To begin a return, please email us at luxeloyal274@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the process.


What if I received the wrong, damaged, or defective item?

If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact us at LoyalLux@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
    We’ll work fast to resolve the issue and make it right.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are credited to your original payment method.

  • For credit/debit cards: Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or process a cancellation.

  • If you haven’t seen the refund posted yet, please contact your card issuer or bank, as it may take time to appear on your statement.
